You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes. You must not attempt to disrupt the site, access it without authorization, submit false information or use it to commit fraud. You must be at least 18 years old, or use the site with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

Orders and Pricing

  • All prices are shown in US dollars (USD).
  • Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline it, and we may cancel orders affected by pricing errors, stock issues or suspected fraud, with a full refund.
  • We try to display product images and descriptions accurately, but colors and details may vary slightly.
  • Prices and availability may change without notice.

Payment

We accept payments through Shopify Payments, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Your payment is charged when you place your order. By providing payment details, you confirm you are authorized to use that payment method.

Shipping and Delivery

Returns and Refunds

Shipping Protection

Shipping Protection is an optional $4.95 add-on sold only together with a product. It covers loss, damage or theft in transit. To claim, email your order number and photos to support@jinglejest.com. We will provide a full refund or a free replacement. The protection fee is non-refundable unless the whole order is refunded.

Priority Processing

Priority Processing is an optional $4.95 add-on sold only together with a product. Your order is prepared and shipped first; it speeds up processing, not carrier transit time. The fee is refundable only if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

Product Use and Safety

  • The GallopLights LED horse harness set is a visibility aid, not a substitute for safe riding. Always ride with care and follow the rules that apply where you ride.
  • Fit each part (chest harness, leg bands and tail light) securely and comfortably, check the fit before every ride, and stop using any part that is damaged.
  • The lights run on easy-to-swap coin-cell batteries. Insert them correctly and remove them when the lights will not be used for a long time. Coin-cell batteries can cause serious injury if swallowed: keep batteries and small parts away from children and pets.
  • The set handles normal riding conditions but is not waterproof. Do not submerge it or wash it in water.
  • Keep the product away from open flames and heat sources and do not use it in a way it was not designed for.

Intellectual Property

All content on the site, including text, images, logos and designs, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce or use it commercially without our written permission.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The site and products are provided "as is" and "as available" to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned.
